About The Position
As an Inventory Specialist at Quantum Services, you will play a crucial role in managing and auditing inventory across various convenience store locations. This full-time position requires you to travel to different client sites, both within and outside the immediate area, to conduct thorough inventory counts. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately count all physical inventory using a 10-key machine, ensuring that all data collected is precise and reliable. After completing the audits, you will be responsible for processing the end-of-audit reports and communicating the findings to the store managers. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve any inventory-related concerns that may arise during the audit process. In addition to inventory counting, you will be expected to maintain effective communication with both the audit team and store managers to foster strong client relationships. You will utilize your knowledge of audit procedures to ensure that audits are completed efficiently and accurately. Administrative duties such as transmitting payroll and invoicing information will also be part of your responsibilities. As a leader, you will oversee the audit team, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly, and you will provide training and coaching to develop the skills of your auditors. This position requires a willingness to travel extensively, as you will be commuting to various locations, and you must have a valid driver's license and active car insurance to fulfill these duties.
