Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: As our Inventory Specialist extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and support material staging, kitting, and delivery to production according to work order needs. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Oh, and did we mention that you'll be based in the heart of Austin, Texas, where the tech scene is as hot as our BBQ?

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory modules required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pull materials for production kits based on pick lists and work orders
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
  • Enter material movements and transactions into the ERP system accurately
  • Label stock items for identification and traceability
  • Assemble kits and ensure clear, accurate labeling for production use
  • Route material efficiently throughout stockroom and production areas
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment
  • Operate the stockroom counter to support internal material requests
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks as directed
  • Assist production personnel with locating and issuing materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
