About The Position

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the supply chain process for the Cardiac Cath Labs (CCL) at Froedtert Hospital and Community Memorial and Interventional Radiology (IR) at Froedtert. Manages the process of inventory control and supply ordering and receiving. Acts as an advocate for standardization and cost effectiveness. Serves as a first point of contact between Supply Chain Purchasing, vendor/sales personnel, hospital, staff and physicians. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of Emergent Clinical experience is required.
• Purchasing experience is required.
• Interpersonal skills for contact with staff, physicians and product representatives.
• Analytical skills necessary for simple mathematical calculation.
• Ability to type and perform data entry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is preferred.
