About The Position
Inventory Specialist assignment for a 13-week contract supporting Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care clinics. This role follows a flexible 8-hour day shift schedule within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, requiring availability for one weekend day (either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday). The position focuses on managing medical supply inventory, maintaining par-level stock, and ensuring efficient replenishment processes across multiple clinic locations. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining supply chain efficiency in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience (as specified)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and data entry
- Must be available to work one weekend day
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized stock areas
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Experience using handheld or electronic inventory systems preferred
