About The Position

To support the Purchasing Department by incorporating established “Supply Chain Processes” into all areas of purchasing procedures. Assists the Purchasing Supervisor with maintaining stockroom/materials management controls and perform data entry into respective accounting system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year relevant experience in a purchasing environment.
• PC proficiency using accounting/purchasing software and data entry experience.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective English, grammar and writing skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Valid California driver's license, liability insurance, and a DMV record that is acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company.
