Requirements

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage high-volume workload
High level of accuracy and proficiency with data entry across multiple systems
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Eager and willing attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team objectives
High School Diploma

Responsibilities

Support the inventory needs of 800+ technicians across the country
Answer and resolve inventory questions or discrepancies in a timely manner
Daily tracking of data & reports as directed by supervisor or needs of the department
Count & record equipment inventory in stock room
Complete daily replenishment accurately and efficiently
Research purchase orders and follow up with Technicians, Managers, and Vendors to reconcile them
