Requirements

  • Has at least 3 years of relevant inventory management experience (jewelry retail experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Shows strong knowledge of (or eagerness to learn about) jewelry trends, precious stones, and metals
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new inventory systems
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Values teamwork and works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Can handle valuable merchandise with the utmost care and follows security protocols
  • Has a strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for learning

Responsibilities

  • Processing and entering new inventory into our system with meticulous accuracy
  • Photographing jewelry pieces for our point-of-sale system, website, and marketing materials
  • Performing quality control checks and ensuring proper tagging and organization
  • Supporting the sales team by locating inventory and preparing merchandise for client appointments
  • Assisting with display setup and maintaining beautiful showcase presentations
  • Managing administrative tasks including inventory reports and documentation
  • Providing customer support and answering inquiries about product availability
  • Contributing to a smooth retail operation through in-store support during busy periods
