Inventory Specialist Our Inventory Specialist is primarily responsible for generating accurate outbound transfers to dispensaries and processors as well as quality control for all outbound orders. Your role in caring for our company The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Maintain high level organization of all batches in inventory being placed in inventory. Distribute batches/ material to packaging and trim departments. Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties. Weigh and adjust bulk trim packages for wholesale deliveries/ deliveries to MCP Processing Prepare finished inventory for outbound delivery and deliver inventory to MCP Processing Verifying accurate quantities and package numbers. Enter data into Acumatica and METRC with meticulous accuracy. Responsible for accurately case packing and tamper proofing batches as needed. Complete weekly testing of all flower material in partnership with 3rd party testing facility. Assist on an as needed basis with finished good inventory, vault audit, and cleaning of vault. Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities. Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output. Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule. Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°-85°. All other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
  • We ask that you have a clean driving record.
  • We ask that you have at least two (2) years of industry experience.
  • We ask that you have at least two (2) years of inventory experience.
  • We ask that you have at least one (1) year of METRC experience.
  • We ask that you have at least two (2) years of data entry experience.
  • We ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; this position requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.
