Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus a minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment or other similar industry.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
Strong capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions
Works well both independently and with teams

Responsibilities

Physical receipt of parts, entry into ERP system
Labeling and putaway of parts
Picking and scanning of parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets
Maintaining traceability of all hardware (documentation of batch/lot/serial number) in Excel spreadsheets
Tracking movement of parts from picking through shipping
Packing and crating of parts, ensuring quality inspection has occurred, tracking what’s been shipped vs scanned/not shipped in Excel spreadsheets
Reporting, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
Contributing to process improvements
Performing ERP system transactions (e.g. inventory movement, cashing of parts to jobs, etc.)
Maintaining cleanliness of workspace
Other tasks as needed
