About The Position

Inventory Specialist will provide direct support in the device management system within the partner teams and the stakeholders. They will manage the equipment and devices used for testing and procurement from hardware depots. An Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of a device: procurement, requests, ticket management, and delivery/shipment. Your Key Result Areas: Oversee inventory procedures Plan and implement inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) Manage 1-2 continental functions (e.g. scheduling, ticket management, auditing, etc). Manage shipment requests for domestic and international orders and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders through delivery Drives certain OKR’s and suggests key metrics for tracking and executing Suggests changes to workflows and gives data-driven rationale for changes Plan, document, and communicate timely status updates on requests and raise dependencies and risks Adhere to deadlines, understand work productivity and efficiency without compromising on the quality of the output Assist with equipment forecasting, local inventory management, monthly audits, and distribution

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in logistics industry, inventory or warehouse management
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License
  • Experience using Android, iOS, or in-development tools
  • Familiarity with mobile & web technologies (Google workspace)
  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
  • Technological savviness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business
  • Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving
