About The Position

Senior On-Site Service Specialist Contracted through June 2026, with potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on business needs. We are currently seeking to fill four positions under this contract POSITION PROFILE Provides physical collection and validation of data for a large-scale inventory project. Will be required to drive person vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to various locations across South Carolina. Will work on a very strict schedule to complete assignments as provided. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping/Hospitality, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Note: Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform as well as temporary/occasional receptionist duties, employees performing this function are considered to be Senior On-Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, coupled with minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.
• Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Works with manager and customer to inventory existing and new inventory assets.
• Ensures accuracy of all data for each asset.
• Will use technology to scan, edit and submit applicable data
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• Will travel between customer's buildings, either by walking or by personal vehicle
• May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
