About The Position
An Inventory Specialist works with and reports to the General Manager and is responsible for HUB operation while performing various duties. The position requires compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures. The Inventory Specialist is tasked with pulling and shipping HUB orders on time, coordinating with the store management team to complete cycle counts, plan-o-grams, stock parts, and callbacks. The role also involves training and developing team members, maintaining inventories, and ensuring compliance with security and customer service policies.
