About The Position

The Inventory Specialist Lead position at EVEREVE is a part-time role focused on managing inventory processes within the store. This position is essential for ensuring that the store operates smoothly by overseeing the receipt, ticketing, and preparation of inventory for display. The role also involves collaboration with store leaders and team members to maintain product quality and organization, contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store taking the lead with all inventory management tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and maintain quality assurance of products by reviewing for any defects prior to placing on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point of sale system and manage invoices and price ticketing of new goods.
• Partner with store leaders and store merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pull for the styling floor.
• Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and orders placed by other stores, pulling, processing, and shipping these orders out for customers timely.
• Conduct weekly checks for items that are returned to vendors and execute transfers out of store.
• Conduct transfers of product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute markdowns weekly and help the merchandiser maintain a well-stocked and organized sale section.
• Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the backroom following company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has all supplies and packaging needed to operate.
