About The Position

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting supply chain operations. This role involves restocking items, tracking inventory supplies, and forecasting inventory needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 Years Inventory management work experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis software
  • Good communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Restocking and accounting of items stored.
  • Suggesting re-order points for revolving stock.
  • Managing the flow and accuracy of inventory.
  • Tracking inventory supplies, ensuring that goods are in stock.
  • Forecasting inventory needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handling any logistics issues that arise.
  • Compiling and maintaining supply records.
  • Collecting, storing, and managing research data in a secure and organized way.
  • Maintaining data integrity by ensuring accurate and consistent data entry, quality control, and documentation.
  • Managing physical and electronic records, including backups, archiving, and retrieving data as needed.
