Requirements

• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• To be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• 1 year Standup forklift experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous inventory experience would be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to provide an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• The ability to lean and adapt to new systems & processes

Responsibilities

• Investigating misaligned stock through physical checks and systemic transactions
• Reporting any stock quality issues and support customer with follow up actions
• Supporting customer with query resolution
• Ensuring that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company procedure
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
• Perform product counts
• Stage materials within designated areas
• Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools
• Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents
• Operate powered industrial lift trucks (Standup forklift, reach truck) and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
