As an Inventory Returns Associate, you’ll be part of a small group of dedicated team members who work together to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a non-customer-facing position, ideal for those who enjoy focused, detail-oriented tasks and a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

30 wpm typing
Detail oriented and organizational skills
Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
Ability to lift 35 lbs
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and professionally
Ability to read and write effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift
Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift
Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy

Nice To Haves

Prior knowledge of Melaleuca products is a plus

Responsibilities

Receive returns and visually inspect product to determine inventory destination
Record return details in our system (reason for return, customer info, etc.)
Rework, sort, and count inventory
Assist with inventory transfers
Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment
