About The Position
The position involves leading root cause analysis, managing purchase orders, and monitoring key performance metrics to direct inventory flows within capacity constraints. The role requires independent decision-making regarding the strategic deployment of products based on various resources, including vendor production and network capacities, while effectively communicating these decisions across cross-functional teams. Additionally, the position entails conducting trend analysis and initiating product flow contingency plans by proactively managing Replenishment Program settings. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as the role involves providing information, plans, and communication at the store level to support customer needs. The candidate will also create inventory flow solutions by offering support, guidance, and problem-solving to cross-functional teams.
