Requirements

Data Gathering & Analysis: Ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Inventory Management - MFG: Ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Nice To Haves

APICS/CPIM certification.
Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with operations, logistics, and material requirements team to ensure accurate management of on-site inventory.
Developing and continuously improving the accuracy of logistical processes to ensure accurate movement and material transactions.
Manages count and reconciler team to meet corporate standards for inventory count programs.
Defining and sharing inventory record accuracy strategy and glidepath with facility and business resources stakeholders.
Supports audit activities with both internal and external auditing bodies to ensure internal processes are meeting compliance requirements.
