Requirements

  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
  • Inventory Management - MFG: Ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
  • Supply Chain Management - MFG: Ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS/CPIM certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with operations, logistics, and material requirements team to ensure accurate management of on-site inventory.
  • Developing and continuously improving the accuracy of logistical processes to ensure accurate movement and material transactions.
  • Manages count and reconciler team to meet corporate standards for inventory count programs.
  • Defining and sharing inventory record accuracy strategy and glidepath with facility and business resources stakeholders.
  • Supports audit activities with both internal and external auditing bodies to ensure internal processes are meeting compliance requirements.
