Your Opportunity, Your Team · The Inventory Planning Assistant will assist our Inventory Planners, so meeting deadlines is imperative. Also, you will help manage the lifecycle of the purchase order, from placement to receipt. You will report to the Sr. Inventory Planner Where you will Work · This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the Atlanta, GA corporate office 3-5 days per month.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years. relevant work experience
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills.
  • College degree required

Responsibilities

  • Manage our purchase order lifecycle, including submitting orders, vendor follow-up, tracking, shipping, and receiving. You will also maintain accurate documentation related to communication, modifications, and invoicing.
  • Vendor management – communicate with our international and domestic vendors regarding shipping, payment, and vendor information updates.
  • Monitor shipping reports for orders and alert Planners of potential issues.
  • Support Planners with additional projects and tasks.
