About The Position

The TM will facilitate with all Production Teams about product on orders. Additionally, the TM will perform inventory management.

Requirements

• Excellent data entry skills; ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as EXE and PeopleSoft
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Accuracy and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to use the following equipment: pallet jack/rider, scissor lift, sit-down Nissan, forklift, phone, computer, and personal protective equipment
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, documents and reports generated from warehouse management software
• Effective oral and written communicator
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position
• Ability to work well with others, self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Process Store orders in Global Bake.
• Process out of region orders in Global Bake
• Troubleshoot order issues such as missing product, misshiped pallets, etc.
• Monitor Global Bake/IRMA transactions.
• Update contract prices in Global Bake.
• Communicate effectively with Bread/pastry Team Leadership and Bread Team Mixers.
• Set bread/pastry production accordingly and monitor Bread/pastry Team work schedules.
• Recalculate and monitor bread/pastry product stock levels.
• Generate recipes and work with buyer to maintain proper ingredient stock levels.
• Generate stock movement reports for other teams.
• Assist in inventory management for outside regions and guests.
• FP Inventory data entry and reconciliation.
• Update and create product labels in label view.
• Work with the buyer and Kashruth Commission to maintain Kosher Certification.
