This individual will collaborate with global demand and production planning teams to coordinate monthly buys for the international footwear and apparel/accessory business. This includes but is not limited to: consolidating channel demand and incorporating within the global roll up to ensure production minimums are met, excess inventory is leveraged, orders adhere to lead-times, and accurate POs are submitted to factories in a timely manner. This role will also support continuous SAP PO/data maintenance and ad-hoc changes/analysis.What You'll Do Drive the international buy processes across global teams, applying clear written communication and coordination across time zones and operational constraints. Analyze SAP requisitions to ensure adherence to necessary criteria. Provide clear and actionable feedback to collaborators when orders cannot be placed. Translate apparel/accessory buy requests into SAP POs, communicate with vendors, and track through invoicing. Work closely with internal collaborators and external vendors to ensure alignment of PO adjustments. Participate in monthly buy review sessions supporting International and Apparel/Accessories. Track purchase orders for direct and warehouse POs to ensure on-time arrival. Apply logistics to mitigate delays and communicate impacts when mitigation is not possible. Assist with SAP production contract creation and maintenance. Collaborate with Master Data to ensure SAP data alignment with active line list and vendor assignments. Performs ad-hoc stock transfers and segment rebalancing.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Supply Chain or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • At least 2+ years of progressive planning experience across inventory disciplines in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Intricate knowledge of inventory, supply, service operations; Certification from the Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF), CPF and/or APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent working knowledge within core systems (SAP/Infor) are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority, gain buy-in and drive consensus.
  • Experience working in an international environment across various time zones and cultures (Europe/Asia).
  • Effective organizational skills and proven experience in developing / managing processes in a fast-growing business.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines while preserving accuracy.
  • Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Attention to detail and inquisitive nature.

Nice To Haves
