About The Position

The Inventory Planner I is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels within the supply chain of Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. This role involves monitoring stock levels, tracking syrup usage, and ensuring efficient production orders while providing daily updates to management on inventory status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 4 plus years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory at maximum levels by counting daily stock.
• Monitor and track syrup usage.
• Confirm production orders and track efficiencies and yields throughout the supply chain.
• Perform weekly age analysis and report any close-dated products.
• Update management daily on out-of-stock items.
• Oversee logistics to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Reconcile all sales loads and track breakage, damage, and loss.
• Assist in the training and development of departmental personnel for product replenishments.
