About The Position

The Senior Director, Inventory Partnerships – CTV will lead the strategy and execution of day-to-day relationships with our Connected TV (CTV) publisher partners, ensuring high-value, high-performing partnerships across our CTV product ecosystem. This leader will oversee account management, commercial execution, operational excellence, and partner growth, driving measurable business outcomes and ensuring alignment with supply strategy and go-to-market priorities. Reporting to the VP, Inventory Partnerships, the Senior Director will serve as a senior external-facing leader for CTV supply partners, including major content owners, platforms, OEMs, and SSPs. This role will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, scaling integrations, and unlocking new supply opportunities that accelerate adoption of our CTV offerings. Internally, the Senior Director will collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure publisher partnerships are aligned with roadmap priorities and contribute meaningfully to the performance and evolution of our CTV solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in publisher partnerships, supply management, account management, or business development within CTV, digital video, or ad tech.
  • Strong knowledge of the CTV ecosystem, including publishers, OEMs, platforms, SSPs, and technical integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, strategic partner relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong operational and commercial instincts; able to solve cross-functional challenges spanning product, data, operations, and legal considerations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience presenting to senior external stakeholders.
  • Experience building, mentoring, and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day relationships with CTV publisher partners, delivering best-in-class service, strategic alignment, and serving as a primary escalation point across commercial, operational, and product needs.
  • Develop and execute structured partnership plans that drive adoption, performance optimization, inventory access, and mutual business growth.
  • Evaluate partner health, performance, and long-term strategic value; proactively identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Product and Strategy teams to ensure publisher integrations, feedback, and market insights inform the CTV roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding, integrations, QA, and ongoing inventory and supply quality management.
  • Work with Revenue and GTM teams to support marketplace positioning, partner activation, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Analyze partner performance, supply dynamics, and product adoption; establish and manage KPIs and dashboards tracking health, revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, and supply quality.
  • Translate partner insights and performance data into actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Support negotiation, renewal, and management of commercial agreements, ensuring terms, compliance, and delivery commitments align with company strategy and partner objectives.
  • Contribute to organizational development by mentoring team members and helping scale processes, frameworks, and best practices across the CTV supply organization.
