Inventory Operations Specialist, Data Center

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll help ensure material accuracy and accountability across our logistics and inventory systems. You will support daily inventory activities, assist with documentation, and help train support-level staff-all while maintaining a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop in the field of inventory control and logistics. Working under general supervision, the Inventory Control Specialist contributes to transactional accuracy, process adherence, and inventory visibility.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational understanding of inventory tracking systems or ERP tools
- Familiarity with cycle counting, bin management, or basic inventory concepts
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) documentation and operator requirements
