About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Inventory Operations Associate to support the daily flow, accuracy, and organization of inventory at our Brookfield, Wisconsin location. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and knowing that your behind-the-scenes efforts directly support great customer experiences, this role is a great fit. This position is central to keeping our store running smoothly. From receiving merchandise to maintaining a clean, efficient stockroom, you'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is always supported with the right product, at the right time. What the Role Looks Like Inventory Receiving & Processing You'll be responsible for ensuring incoming merchandise is handled accurately and efficiently. Your work will include: Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments Loading and unloading delivery trucks while following safety guidelines Scanning, pricing, and entering merchandise into inventory systems Identifying and reporting damaged merchandise, shortages, or discrepancies Accuracy matters here-your attention to detail helps keep inventory reliable and sales teams confident. Stockroom Organization & Inventory Flow You'll help maintain a stockroom that supports efficiency and readiness every day. This includes: Storing, organizing, and staging inventory for easy access and floor replenishment Performing regular inventory checks and supporting inventory accuracy Maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom standards Supporting inventory needs at other store locations, as required Your organization helps everything move faster and smoother. Store & Team Support While this is a behind-the-scenes role, teamwork is essential. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work style
  • Comfort using inventory systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak operational times
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous inventory, stockroom, or retail experience is helpful, but not required-we're happy to train the right person.
