Inventory Support Associate - Entry Level
About The Position

This is a great entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door at a hospital while playing a key role in keeping critical lab operations running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, light computer usage, and being part of a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As an Inventory & Materials Support Associate, you’ll be an important link between hospital departments and the central lab operations team. Your day will involve moving throughout the hospital, tracking lab materials, and ensuring everything gets where it needs to go—accurately and on time.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable using computers and handheld devices
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while moving throughout the hospital
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
Responsibilities
- Travel to various hospital departments to collect lab boxes and materials
- Track and document inventory using simple computer and handheld systems
- Ensure lab materials are properly logged and delivered to the main hospital office
- Complete basic paperwork to keep inventory records accurate and up to date
- Provide friendly, professional support when interacting with hospital staff
