About The Position

The Inventory Materials Handler is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's inventory within the Oil and Gas industry. This role involves working closely with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to ensure that inventory is received, stored, and issued safely and efficiently. The position requires effective interaction with both internal and external clients and supports asset management in the assigned region regarding material movement and disposals.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities with advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP data entry
• Previous experience in oil and gas industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site
• Inspects materials for quality/defects
• Able to identify material by part number or written description
• Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
• Cleans work area, machines, and equipment
• Assembles crates to contain products when required
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations
