As Inventory Manager within our Central Fill Pharmacy, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting McKesson's Customer First commitment. You will oversee all inventory management functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while minimizing waste and optimizing slotting. This role leads a team of 5+ inventory associates and reports directly to the Director of Operations. Success in this position means maintaining optimal inventory levels, fostering employee engagement, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless pharmacy operations that advance patient care.
