The Inventory Manager will manage all aspects of physical inventory including efficient storage, timely and accurate transactions, and overall inventory accuracy across all Mott facilities and outside warehouses. Key responsibilities include overseeing the physical and record-keeping accuracy of inventory, planning and executing inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, providing training and education regarding inventory management, as well as coordinating with other departments like sales and procurement to support optimal stock levels. The expectation for this position, will be to lead the transition from an annual physical count to a sustainable cycle count program within the first two years.
