About The Position

One of Kansas Cities Fastest growing companies is in growth mode and looking for a top level employee to take on the role of Inventory Manager. Role will be an Salary position with potential monthly bonuses. Position will report to the Director of Operations and will have a small team of direct reports. Must have experience in Inventory management and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Inventory on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Must have strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well with other managers
• Ability to manage direct reports effectively
• Proficient using computer programs, email, excel, etc...
• Self motivated
• Valid DL and able to pass a background and drug screening
• Must have experience in Inventory management

Responsibilities

• Maintains the accuracy of the physical inventory
• Develop and implement Inventory process using In-house ERP system
• Receiving of parts
• Implement process to integrate scanners with Inventory software
• Prepare periodic inventory reports
• Assist Management with creating inventory standard operating procedures
• Picking and Pulling product
• Shipping and Logistics
