About The Position

Inventory Manager/ Porter Join our team at our brand-new facility! Cadillac of Mesquite is seeking a qualified professional Inventory Manager for our dealership. The Inventory Manager is responsible for keeping the dealership lot orderly, ensuring vehicles are customer-ready, helping with basic maintenance, and assisting sales/service with tasks for efficient operations. Role Responsibilities: Drive, park, and reposition inventory to sustain neat and appealing display areas. The Inventory Manager's focus is to keep vehicles clean (interior/exterior), gas tanks full, fluids leveled, and guarantee stock tag and buyer guides are displayed accurately. Relocate vehicles to/from the lot, service and sales departments. The Inventory Manager will offer shuttle services, help load/unload customer vehicles, and direct customer inquiries. Inspect vehicles for damage, report issues to management, and help resolve discrepancies. The Inventory Manager will ensure key tags are created, manage inventory systems, and assist with paperwork as necessary. Maintain clean, clear, and safe conditions for the lot, sidewalks, and driveways.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Experienced with manual (stick shift) and automatic transmissions
  • Pro-active, self-sufficient, collaborative, and supportive
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities
