About The Position

L3Harris is seeking an Inventory Management Support Associate supporting an aircraft modification, maintenance and repair facility in Tulsa, OK. This position will be responsible for the operations of multiple functions within a warehouse environment. This position will research inventory discrepancies, process material returns, maintain inventory records through SAP transactions to ensure that the inventory system is accurate with actual physical inventories.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior production/transportation experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Material Program Managers, Customers, Production and Manufacturing areas.
• Answer customer requests via email, phone or in person
• Expedite materials based on production schedules
• Process shipping paperwork and bills of lading
• Process incoming receipts based on packing sheets and purchase order instructions
• Process goods issues to fill customer requirements.
• Must have a thorough understanding of SAP in the areas of MRP and Warehousing/Inventory Control.
• Responsible for assigning tasks to employees relating to the incoming and outgoing of materials and equipment.
• Understanding of various functions, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work closely with team members and have a willingness to learn.
