About The Position

We're looking for a Inventory Management Supervisor, based out of Clarkston, GA, to join our team and help connect America. The Inventory Management Supervisor will be responsible for auditing and maintaining proper inventory within the warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy under 1% +/- inventory value. This position will involve up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years required experience managing 5+ direct report
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Obtained a Bachelor Degree
  • Must have experience with developing budgets, Safety Management, developing standards, managing processes, surveillance skills, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance, and exercising judgment
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage other individuals to ensure employees follow directions, product quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of goals
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing up to 50 to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Team of Inventory Specialist at each warehouse operation
  • Complete Daily, Weekly, and Month reports by warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy as well as process compliance within the warehouse operations
  • Perform audits of the inbound receiving from Supplier(s) to ensure Warehouse and Supplier compliance with Quantities ordered and Quantities received
  • Develop Scorecard Audit for warehouse operations to include Housekeeping, Safety, Inventory accuracy and process compliance
  • Work with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with Ansco warehouse operation processes
  • Report results of warehouse audits to Sr. Manager and Director
  • Develop and supply reports to Financial / Accounting team that ensure warehouse compliance with SOX inventory reporting
  • Travel up to 50% to support / audit warehouse operations
  • Work with Sr. MGR and Director to become SAP SME and to develop Standard Work Documentation for SAP
  • Work directly with Sr. Warehouse Manager to develop understanding of current Ansco Warehouse operations processes
  • Oversee and perform daily inventory and receiving audits and audit of staged orders
  • Aid in holding employees and subcontractors accountable to appropriate documentation of inventory as it is taken and returned to designated yards/warehouses
  • Enhance / improve standard work documents
  • Participate in and adheres to all Company Safety requirements
  • Other Duties as assigned
