About The Position

You will support inventory operations across catalog, e-commerce and retail channels and will report to our Inventory Management Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse, merchandising and customer service teams to provide updated product information across all departments. Our offices are in Exeter and Franconia, New Hampshire with the Inventory Management Assistant opportunity available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business management or related experience
  • Background within inventory or retail operations
  • Basic understanding of retail product lifecycles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management systems

Responsibilities

  • Ensure updates on product availability are communicated
  • Maintain item status codes
  • Generate inventory reports
  • Provide support to retail stores
