About The Position

(T&M) has been one of the largest distributors of natural stone slab and tile, quartz surfacing, and a manufacturer of poured-in-place terrazzo and resinous flooring. Terrazzo & Marble Supply is looking for an Inventory Logistics Coordinator. This full-time, permanent, entry-level role is a new addition to our expanding Supply Chain team and plays a key role in supporting the company’s ongoing growth. The position focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. This position requires advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Requirements

  • ADVANCED MS Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in a Manufacturing/Distributing environment preferred
  • Experience in Inventory or logistics-related jobs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through Epicor’s Prophet 21 ERP
  • Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances
  • Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research, and perform analytical studies regarding cost analyses and profitability
  • Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, customs forms, etc.) and track shipments
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
  • Monitor inventory turnover and storage utilization
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency in logistics and inventory processes
  • Assist in implementing new systems, procedures, or technologies to enhance operations
  • Work closely with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams
  • Assist with returns, RMA processing, and vendor claims as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager
