The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator serves as the day-to-day leader for BDC’s shipping and receiving operations. This role leads the shipping and receiving team in executing outbound shipments and inbound receiving processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, performance, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will be an advocate for our ERP system within the Supply Chain team. As the team leader, this position upholds BDC’s standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering communication and continuous improvement across departments. Why Black Diamond Coatings?
