About The Position

The Inventory Lead at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for overseeing all warehouse inventory control processes, ensuring accurate records are maintained in accordance with company policies. This role involves performing physical counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and communicating vital information regarding inventory conditions and trends to warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• 1-2 years Warehouse Experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs required count of all warehouse goods to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Uses warehouse systems to process the movement of warehouse goods and inventory for inbound and outbound loads including STOs, POs, customer orders, and deposit loads
• Processes and communicates product and shipping claims with internal and external customers when appropriate
• Communicates important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting inventory control with warehouse management and product supply planners
• Verifies and ensures compliance with all applicable inventory processes, including handling waste and break product, and product freshness and rotation
• Works with quality assurance to facilitate product recalls and returns when applicable
• Performs other duties as assigned.
