About The Position

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory Integrity Analyst I-II based at our Berea, KY location. What you will do: Perform physical inventory counts based on daily and weekly ABC cycle count schedules Audit system inventory records and verify accuracy against physical inventory Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Integrity Coordinator and Supervisor Participate in meetings to review findings, corrective actions, and process improvements Support ongoing evaluation of inventory accuracy processes and recommend improvements Level I Assist with investigating recurring inventory discrepancies to help identify root causes Support tracking and follow up on corrective actions Assist with implementing process improvements related to inventory accuracy Level II Lead investigations into recurring inventory discrepancies and determine root causes Monitor corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved and reevaluate if problems continue Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to inventory integrity practices Who you are: Detail oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on accuracy Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns or inconsistencies Clear and professional communicator who can share findings with others Curious and proactive, with an interest in improving processes Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team What you will need: Level I High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area. Level II High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area. Requirements

  • Level I High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.
  • Level II High School diploma required. College degree or specialized training in materials, inventory, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory, materials, or a related area.
  • Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets, including Excel
  • Understanding of inventory systems and product structures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic root cause analysis skills
