They must understand and follow Plexus quality and safety policy guidelines, customer specifications, and adhere to regulatory compliance. The role requires the ability to work independently without supervision and escalate information as necessary to leaders to address urgent and important tasks. Inventory Handlers must quickly adapt to change, be proficient in priority management and decision making, and support continuous improvement initiatives while actively participating in improving the work environment.
