About The Position

Plexus is hiring for production roles to support a variety of shifts across our manufacturing sites. The primary responsibility of Inventory Handlers is to perform site warehousing functions that support overall manufacturing operations and customer-related activities. This includes understanding and adhering to Plexus quality and safety policy guidelines, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance. Inventory Handlers must be able to work independently without supervision, quickly adapt to changes, and manage priorities effectively. They are also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in enhancing the work environment. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with one or more years of related experience preferred. Basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and work in various areas is required, as is the ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift, reach, push, and pull up to 45 pounds, as well as the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required for the assigned area. The work environment is a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
