Inventory Handlers are responsible for performing site warehousing functions that support the overall manufacturing operations and other customer-related activities. They must understand and follow Plexus quality policy guidelines, customer specifications, and adhere to regulatory compliance. The role requires the ability to work independently without supervision and escalate information as necessary to leaders to address urgent and important tasks. Inventory Handlers should quickly adapt to change, be proficient in priority management and decision making, and support continuous improvement initiatives while actively participating in improving the work environment.
