About The Position

The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all serialized assets are properly disinfected and maintained in optimal working condition. This position involves assisting with customer fulfillment activities, including shipping, receiving, stocking, processing, and distributing products while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or medical equipment fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HME (Home Medical Equipment) operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately clean and validate rental equipment based on accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure that all equipment scheduled for delivery is in the designated area for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through weekly inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on rental equipment.
  • Assist with keeping a log of equipment that goes in and out of the repair/quarantine area.
  • Properly receive and set up new rental equipment for patient readiness.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Assist with training staff as necessary to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Participate in weekly reviews to improve and optimize productivity and process improvements.
  • Support the mission, values, and standards of Lytle Medical Technologies.
  • Provide reports for activities responsible for and report to Supervisor.
  • Assist in ensuring ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Work with Company's Suppliers and Business Partners for timely information transfer.
  • Work with Company's clients and patients to answer questions and assist in business and patient care matters.
  • Participate in membership activities of professional and industry organizations.
  • Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
  • Work with all company personnel, patients, and Physician offices to ensure outstanding service and care.
  • Participate in the Company's Performance Management program as requested.
  • Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
  • Participate in Company Committees when requested.
  • Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
  • Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required.
