About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to own inventory, purchasing follow-up, and order execution end-to-end inside NetSuite. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who has already run inventory at a high level and can step in immediately—no ramp-up, no babysitting.

You will be the person who makes sure we never find out weeks later that something is backordered. You’ll control stock accuracy, keep POs on track, and give sales real answers in real time.
If you’ve managed inventory in NetSuite (or similar ERP), tightened processes, and kept operations clean under pressure—you’ll fit. If you need training on basics, this isn’t the role.

Requirements

• NetSuite power user (required) — inventory, item records, bins/locations, POs, receiving, fulfillments, adjustments
• 3–5+ years running inventory + fulfillment in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of tight inventory accuracy and clean audits
• Experience chasing POs/vendors and preventing backorders before they hit
• Strong operational judgment—can prioritize, decide, and execute without hand-holding
• Clear communicator with sales and vendors
• If you haven’t owned inventory in an ERP and driven results independently, you will not be a fit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels within NetSuite
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Monitor stock levels and proactively flag shortages
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all shipments meet company standards and timelines
• Coordinate with carriers and manage shipping documentation
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors regularly
• Proactively identify potential delays or backorders
• Communicate issues early to avoid last-minute surprises
• Ensure inbound inventory aligns with demand and sales needs
• Provide real-time inventory updates to the sales team
• Assist with availability checks and expected arrival timelines
• Help ensure commitments to customers are accurate and achievable
• Identify inefficiencies in inventory and fulfillment workflows
• Recommend and implement improvements within NetSuite and operations
• Help build systems that prevent issues rather than react to them
