This position is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting and/or unloading materials while maintaining compliance with all Tyson Foods policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Job Duties Support Loadout Department operations, which run six days per week (Monday–Saturday) with rotating weekends. Work in cold, damp, and humid environments with temperatures ranging from –22°F to 35°F. Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 110 lbs. Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift. Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and all assigned shifts. Complete basic data‑entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), to support departmental documentation and reporting. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Work in a cold, damp, and humid environment as required.
