About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Distribution Finance Relationship Associate as part of the Business Client Management team. In this role, you will: Serve as the customer service contact for portfolio of wholesale loan customers Develop and maintain a professional relationship with assigned accounts Ensures timely and accurate resolution of account issues such as: billing inquiries, credit line maintenance, order approvals, dealer inventory and payment website questions and field audit results. Listen, gather and analyze dealer feedback to drive customer service improvements Proactively manage accounts by ensuring each customer is in full compliance with their approved program via collection of amounts due and required credit file documentation. Monitor accounts through the use of portfolio control sub system; review various reports to identify potential problem loans and initiate proactive resolution with Team Lead & Operations Manager. Build a relationship with the customer as measured through Customer Surveys.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
