About The Position

The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. This role involves utilizing a warehouse management system to track and record inventory levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, and assisting in production planning by providing accurate inventory information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Cycle Counter or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other inventory tracking tools
• Knowledge of materials management and logistics processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Good attendance is a must
• Cannot be afraid of heights - may be required to go up several stories in a small lift
• Attention to detail in regards to SKU and Serial Numbers
• Computer literacy and ability to use RF Scanners
• Reach Truck experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management system to track and record inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Complete checks and counts in multiple departments throughout the facility.
• Learn and train on a small lift to complete inventory counts in higher racks.
• Assist in production planning by providing accurate inventory information.
• Coordinate with logistics partners (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
