About The Position

We're seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Pickers in a carpet and flooring sample production facility. This position plays a key role in preparing customer orders and assisting with inventory control. Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates!

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or order-picking experience preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of inventory and cycle counting processes a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare carpet and flooring sample orders according to customer requests
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization
• Verify product quantities and labels before packaging and shipment
• Maintain accurate records of materials and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Follow all safety and company procedures
