About The Position
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to the maintenance department by performing a variety of cross-functional duties. This role involves close collaboration with the Assistant Plant Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and all maintenance mechanics. The individual will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining a food-safe environment through compliance with all requirements of programs and policies related to Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Quality, Workplace Safety, SQA, OSHA, Environmental, and other mandates as required by Plant, Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations.
