We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support multiple program areas in Owego. Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing inventory
  • Ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
  • Experience with warehouse supply chain logistics support
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a minimum of 3 years' experience:
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau, and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions affecting hi-priority needs from the customer
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Organized, self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Strong experience working in coordination with external customers
  • Experience managing Government equipment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, track, and expedite domestic and international POs and shipments to multiple customer contracts and locations.
  • Maintain records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
  • Maintains various Integrated Logistics Support Data System records. Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of all part movements.
  • Familiarity with accessing and using online data management tools
  • Detail oriented and ability to review/improve existing process
  • Perform cycle counts as needed and participate in annual inventory submittals to customer.
