About The Position

Inventory Coordinator Position Summary: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm 100% on-site Catalent’s 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. Come and be part of a team that delivers industry-leading quality and innovation. Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is hiring an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for all inventory control processes which include inventory control and cycle counting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree is preferred
  • At least two years of experience within inventory/storeroom environment and completing cycle counts is preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook applications, specifically Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with RF Scanner is preferred
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred
  • Experience working with refrigerated/frozen environments and materials is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular counting and verification of physical inventories to establish inventory accuracy
  • Determine and correct root causes of errors to ensure that inventory accuracy improves steadily and permanently
  • Investigate and resolve inventory problems in ERP system
  • Run appropriate integrity reports within ERP system; Perform data analysis related to inventory discrepancies
  • Performs all work in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulations
  • All other duties as assigned
